PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE AUTOMATIC CONFIRMATION AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR BOOKING. If you do not, then the form has not submitted successfully. Please get in touch by email if you have any concerns. Invoices will be sent out from August 2021.

IMPORTANT - I understand that if I submit this form before August 2021, I am just registering my interest in the event. I will be contacted at the start of the new term in August, and when I confirm, I will be invoiced for £120 (There is a £30 discount for SGA members ie cost will be £90). Bookings made from August onwards will be invoiced immediately. Once my invoice is sent, it cannot be cancelled, and I will ensure that it is paid.

. Bookings made before the school summer holidays, will not be invoiced until the new term in August, and therefore cancellations within this timeframe will be accepted. Bookings made from the start of term in August will be invoiced on receipt of booking form. Invoice requires to be paid 28 days from date of issue.
Cancellation: In normal circumstances, booking fees cannot be refunded, nor invoices cancelled. However, replacement personnel are welcome. Nevertheless, if you find yourself unable to attend, please notify us in advance (at least one week before the event) so that others on a waiting list may be given your place. Should someone on the waiting list replace you, your fee will be refunded following the event.
Photographs will be taken during the event, and may be used on SGA social media and website.
