I understand that in order to secure my booth, I must pay $10 and provide an item to be placed in the event raffle. I will provide my own tables, canopies, materials, supplies, and extension cords for my booth. No weapons, alcohol, tobacco, or pornography will be permitted on the school grounds or at my booth. I understand that any food products (other than baked goods or prepackaged food) must be prepared in accordance with Cochise County Food Safety Regulations. It is my responsibility to ensure that I am in compliance with such regulations and have the proper permits, if required. I will set up and take down my own booth at the appropriate times. I will conduct myself in a professional and ethical manner. I am responsible for securing my items and money. The St David School and Heritage Society will not be responsible for loss or theft.
