The contract dates have been set to meet your educational needs and to allow for the most efficient functioning of the college as a whole.
Should you wish to stay at College outside of your contract dates, you will need to complete and submit this form for consideration.
Requests will be considered on an individual basis taking into consideration the nature of the request (must be a valid academic reason) and the operational needs of the college.
Students who have exams or assessments on or after their contract end date are entitled to stay an additional 24 hours beyond their last exam/assessment without additional charge. Proof of assessment is required.
You will be notified by the Registrar, Zoey Maiden, as to whether your request has been approved.
Beyond 21st June, the college becomes a conference and group accommodation venue and only offers casual stays in the Hewitt Apartments. Should you wish to enquire about apartment availability, please contact the Guest Services team at
