El Cerrito High School Official Transcript Requests

Dear El Cerrito High School Student,

If you would like to request an official or unofficial transcript, please fill out this form in order to get your transcripts.

Unofficial transcript may be emailed to the email address provided. For Official transcripts you must stop by to pick it up in our Main Office Monday - Friday between (8AM-4PM) or have it mailed to the address provided.

Please note the first two official transcripts request are free for CURRENT STUDENTS. Any additional  request are $2 each. 

GRADUATED STUDENTS: there is a $5 dollar fee to mail your transcript to your University or College.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process this request.
