Non-tenure track (NTT) faculty from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of San Diego have made it clear that we want a union. And we have just taken a major step forward by officially filing for an election with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Now we need President Harris to sign an NLRB election agreement. So, we are holding a second rally on Thursday April 11th at 1 p.m. in Paseo de Colachis to emphasize to university leadership that the entire USD community—including students, staff, faculty, and community members—supports NTT faculty’s right to form a union.

When: Thursday April 11th 1pm

Where: Paseo de Colachis (the big lawn in front of Camino/Founders)

Why: Urge President Harris to sign an NLRB election agreement
