Current board members will review applications before elections at the annual meeting in March. We are looking for members with skills and experience that will be helpful to the Co-op, and who will be a good fit with our existing group.

> Approve capital and operating budgets, oversee fiduciary matters to safeguard the long-term viability of the Co-op, and safeguard assets.
