FREE Field Hockey Play Days!
These play days will be hosted by field hockey coaching staff from Holland/EA, Lancaster and Eden! These FREE workouts are open to ALL students, 7th-12th grade. They do NOT need to be a current field hockey player to attend. First hour will be skills and conditioning. Second hour will be game play. Three sessions will be held on Tuesdays, 7/8, 7/22 and 8/5 from 930am-1130am. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE LOCATIONS WHEN COMPLETING YOUR RSVPS!!! Come to one or come to ALL, but please RSVP for each play day so we can plan accordingly! THANK YOU!
