If you would like to cancel, change the quantity of your order, change your delivery address or report another another issue, you should complete this form.  

Please note that vegetable boxes may not be delivered every week as they are donated to OUSD.  During Thanksgiving week and the winter holidays, OUSD will not deliver meals.  Instead, students will have extra meals provide the week before the holidays.
