Welcome to Jugger Copenhagen, we are delighted to have you on board! Help us by completing this form so we can get the formalities out of the way and have fun on the field ;)

Adult members contribute 200 kr. per quarter. Those who are under 25 are subsidized by kk.dk and pay only 120 kr per quarter. If you join in the middle of the quarter, we pro-rate monthly for your first quarter (67/month for adults and 40/month for youth under 25). Due date for payment contributions is the last day of the quarter.

A note on GDPR and why we collect which information
We only collect information required to process your membership, communicate with you according to your preferences, and to administer our club's relationship with Københavns Kommune and other sports and grant organizations (e.g. DGI dgi.dk). We will only share your name, address, age, and gender identity with those organizations, and only when required to do so. 

For context:
We use Google Forms and sheets to process and store your information.
We will contact you via email with invoices for membership dues and official meeting invitations. To get social and other club updates see notes at the phone number field.

Name, age and address are required by the commune for club administration and subsidies. Gender identity is additionally asked for by DGI. Your preferred pronouns are an optional entry used internally in the club to ensure we address you appropriately.

Jugger is a unisex team sport. This means teams, leagues and tournaments are not split by sex or gender identities. We welcome people of all gender identities and sexual orientations as members, do not tolerate any discrimination or other hurtful behaviour (also see our Code Of Conduct which you agree to at the end of this form) and have pledged to do our part in tearing down barriers and discrimination in sports by becoming part of the #GameChangers initiative. (Note: DGI is also a founding member of the Idrættens Regnbuekoalition that founded the initiative.) 

We treat your information with the utmost respect and privacy. Within the club, only sitting board members  (4-6 people) have access to these details.
