Thank you for taking part in NASCO’s annual member survey. We are collecting responses from folks who are currently members of co-ops. The purpose of this survey is to help NASCO collect data about the members of NASCO member cooperatives in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Obtaining feedback from members is vital to our work. Let your voice be heard.

The survey should take about 7 minutes of your time.

The co-op with the highest % response rate will win a NASCO swag bag to be collected at NASCO Institute 2020 or mailed to you if necessary. Please encourage your peers to participate!

Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be identified by
individual. Overall survey findings may be shared in public reports and articles in order to contribute to research on co-ops and advocacy efforts. We will present findings on the group level only in order to preserve confidentiality. We may publicly share overall findings on all NASCO members or disaggregate findings by co-op. We will not share your individual survey responses with anyone.
