Our objective is to open up controlled public access to the mansion and adjacent land in our ownership.

Aims:

• Create all year round and seasonal jobs, opening up Carclew to people interested in heritage, introducing people to heritage who may not normally engage with this sector, meeting the objective of ‘Carclew a resource for Cornwall and beyond’.

• Launch controlled public access to the mansion and adjacent grounds to generate income through guided tours, open days, events, hire, workshops.

• Use the income to support the non profit public engagement activities of research, academic links and mentoring, education, community involvement and outreach.
