Exhibitor Application for Chicago Steampunk Exposition 2022
Thank you for your interest in the 2022 Chicago Steampunk Exposition.
This is a vetted show. Applications will be accepted from until July 31st, 2021 for the second wave review. The second review will occur in August 2021; late applications will not be considered with the second review, but will remain on the Waiting List in order of submission. Acceptance notifications will be sent out in September 2021.
Our choices for vendors will be made based on the following factors, in no particular order;
*How unique and well made your goods are. This means we need a valid website, Etsy, photographs or something similar in order to see your items.
*What you sell - This allows for the best sales opportunities for all vendors. In general, we will accept 2 vendors selling "like" goods.
*Our relationship with you, especially if we have worked with you before - Please understand that while we love, and are very grateful to vendors that have been with us are previous shows that does not mean you will be automatically accepted; variety from year to year to important to both vendors and attendees.
The event runs April 28th - May 1st, 2022, with load in from 8pm to midnight on 4/28/22, and set up from 9am to 3pm on 4/28/22.
20' x 10' spaces. $600 each. 4 badges per booth. Setup may be no larger than 10ft tall. Booths are inside the Exhibitor Hall and will be locked over night.
10' x 10' spaces. $300.00 each. 2 badges per booth. Setup may be no larger than 10ft tall. Booths are inside the Exhibitor Hall and will be locked over night.
6' tables spaces. $150.00 each. 2 badge per table. Setup may be no larger than 8ft tall. PLEASE NOTE, tables are located in Artists Alley, Exhibitors Alley, and Printers Row, all of which are in foyer spaces and NOT locked over night
Filling out an application does not guarantee you a spot. Only complete applications will be vetted.

We will use your website to evaluate your goods for our show. We will also use this website as a link on our website if you are accepted.
Please provide a URL link to your online store banner. Accepted vendors will be listed on our site with the use of their banners. Images must be at least 630 pixels wide.
Please describe your business in one sentence; this may be used for the program book for attendees.
Please provide a URL link to a (landscape format) picture of your store set up, a picture that you feel best shows your wares. This image will be used on accepted vendors' profile pages on our site. Picture must be at least 630 pixels wide, and 300+ dpi.
Please provide a URL link to a (landscape format) picture that promotes your wares, such as a model wearing one of your creations; something that is "eye catching." This image will be used as the Featured Image on accepted vendors' profile pages on our site when we promote your store. Picture must be at least 630 pixels wide, and 300+ dpi.
Please provide a longer description of your store with more detailed examples of what you sell. This text will be used on accepted vendors' profile pages on our site.

Booths and tables come with 2 badges; additional exhibitor badges are $45 each. Please indicate how many additional badges you will need (maximum of 4 additional badges).
Include preferred neighbors, specific locations, preference between multiple options, if you need electricity or a high ceiling, or anything else that you want or need from your placement. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but we will not be able to guarantee anything.
Program Book Ads
What size ad do you require in the Program Book? All ads are full color. Full Page is 7" tall x 4.5" wide. Half Page is 3.75" tall x 4.5" wide. Quarter Page is 2" or 3.75" tall x 4.5" or 2.25" wide. These discount prices are available to accepted vendors:
$160 - Full Page
$100 - Half Page
$60 - Quarter Page
Charity Donation (optional)
The Exposition's charity partner is NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness). Would you be willing to donate a prize as part of the show's fundraiser efforts for them? If so, please describe what type of item(s) you would be happy to donate. Donations are tax deductible.
