Brew Krew Coffee Job Summary:

Create a unique Brew Krew experience for Foothills Mall shoppers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, inviting and cozy environment.

Essential Job Functions-

  • Ensure quick and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to Be the Best versions of yourself while running the Best Local Coffee Shop in Town!
  • Take customer orders, ensure orders are completed in a timely manner, and to the customers satisfaction
  • Prepare, bagging, pouring, and stocking our local products, rotating items to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Maintain a uplifting positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow associates.
  • Engage with customers, offering drink & snack information, using suggestive upselling techniques, and sampling products.
  • Learn how to process cash register transactions using PointOfSale system.
  • Provide consistent quality beverages, and food products for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards!
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the name, values, and the mission of both College Square Mall and Brew Krew Coffee.
  • Consistently operate with a range of tools and equipment, following all routine and Safety Procedures.
  • Follow company food safety program and food-handling procedures.
  • Responsible for attending on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies

Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Food Service/Coffee experience is a plus, but is not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Learn how to mix a wide variety of coffee and frappe products
  • Learn the ingredients & measurements that go into various products
  • Work with various Brew Krew ingredients including various coffees, flavorings, sauces, smoothies and frappe mixes
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
  • Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Salary: $9.00 up to $14.00 per hour
