17th VPA Convention, Detroit is inviting all enthusiasts and talented people, of all ages and from every VPA chapter, to participate in this vibrant celebration of Vokkaliga community. We would want to make this convention the most energetic and memorable for everyone, which you can cherish forever with exciting and vibrant programs. We are looking for fresh faces and seasoned veterans with new ideas and creative programs. So get ready to recharge your batteries, rejuvenate your spirit and rejoice in every moment of this convention. Looking forward to meet you all at the 2023 VPA Convention in Detroit.

Few Housekeeping items:
1) The Program Committee will notify program coordinators for the program acceptance.
2) A WhatsApp group will be created with all program coordinators. Whatspp group will be limited to gathering the requirements and communicating the program timings only.
3) Please read all the rules and guidelines before reaching out to us with any questions or concerns and we will address it in a timely manner.
4) Each Program requires registration. If you are participating in multiple programs, you will need to fill in this form multiple times.
5)If available, reviews of proposed or past performances, media coverage, photographs etc. are encouraged for submission to promote your program.
6) If you are participating in multiple programs, please mention in the program details section. So that we can schedule it accordingly, and not overlapping or schedule them consecutively.
7) Last date to submit your entries is May 12th, 11:59PM CST.
8)Tickets must be purchased before the program is registered.
9) AV Materials to be submitted by May 31st, 11:59 CST.
