Cosponsor the Broadband Justice Act
The Broadband Justice Act (H.R.1904) would expand affordable broadband access to the approximately 8 million households living in federally assisted housing across the country. Specifically, this bill updates the HUD, Treasury, and USDA utility allowance definitions to include broadband as a subsidized utility, and creates a flexible grant program for housing providers to support broadband infrastructure and access needs for tenants across the country.

Please fill out this form to add your boss as a co-sponsor. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Ruthy in Rep. Bowman's office (ruth.gourevitch@mail.house.gov).
