Hi! My name is Allison Ritter, and I am the music teacher at Hosmer Elementary School! I am so excited to be working with your children and making music with them this year. I will also be directing the choirs for second to fifth grade. These are non-auditioned ensembles. Chorus rehearsal times will be partly before school starting at 7:45-8:15 am. Second and third graders will meet on Thursdays and fourth and fifth graders will meet on Fridays. We will have at least two performances throughout the school year. Chorus is an excellent opportunity to make new friends, learn about healthy and proper vocal technique, discover new songs in various styles and languages, build confidence and community, and have fun!
