PREC 604.001 Neapolitan Pizza Making
Description: Learn the ins and outs of traditional neapolitan pizza from Chef Joe Cicala, chef and co-owner of Brigantessa and Le Virtu. We’ll listen to a brief lecture on the science of pizza making, take part in a hands-on demonstration on dough, sauces, and toppings, and then take turns making pizza in Brigantessa’s wood-fired oven. We’ll finish, of course, by enjoying our creations.
