Gull Lake Community Schools Foundation Scholarship Application Form for Juniors and Seniors
Each scholarship for which you are applying requires BOTH an online submission of this application form AND delivering a printed copy of it (and other documents per the scholarship requirements) into the GL Community Schools Foundation scholarship application bin in the GLHS Guidance Department Office NO LATER THAN 3 PM, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2020.

For example, if you are applying for three (3) different scholarships, you will create three (3) separate online submissions AND deliver three (3) separate paper applications.

Steps to complete an application:

• STEP 1: Before you begin filling in your answers, set aside 1-2 hours to create an application. You will NOT be able to SAVE your progress in this Google Form. You MUST complete the entire electronic form in one sitting and be able to print EACH application before closing your internet browser.

• STEP 2: READ each scholarship description on our website for complete details for the specific scholarship requirements.

• STEP 3: Fill out an application form for EACH scholarship for which you are applying.

• STEP 4: Review your application for typos and other edits.

• STEP 5: You MUST print a paper copy of the application form for EACH scholarship.

• STEP 6: Only AFTER printing your paper copy, click "submit" at the end of this form which initiates your application process. You must then deliver each complete, printed application to the GLHS Guidance Office NO LATER THAN 3 PM, Friday February 28, 2020.

• STEP 7: After clicking "submit," you can apply for another scholarship by clicking “Edit your response.” Information you entered previously will be retained. Return to STEP 2 above to complete the process for a new application. Select a different scholarship and update your information to meet the needs for that scholarship. If you are applying for only one scholarship, proceed to STEP 8.

• STEP 8: If your scholarship requires an essay and/or letters of recommendation, you must attach them to each of your printed scholarship applications forms.

• STEP 9: Deliver your complete, printed application and all required attachments into the GL Community Schools Foundation scholarship application bin in the GLHS Guidance Department NO LATER THAN 3 PM, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2020.

If you still need to print your application form, click "Edit your response" to return to your application.

If you would like to apply for another GL Community Schools Foundation scholarship, click "Edit your response" to overwrite your previous application and tailor your answers for a different scholarship.

If you would like to start with a blank application form, click "Submit another response."

If you are submitting only one application and have printed your application, you may close this window.

Remember, you must deliver EACH paper application along with all required attachments to the Gull Lake High School Guidance Department Office NO LATER THAN 3 PM, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2020.
