Would you like to sponsor a kura to receive Ocarina Puoro?  Please go ahead and fill out this short form.

Please note this is NOT the form to NOMINATE a kura for sponsorship, nominations have now closed.  This form is for sponsors who would like to purchase a pack and gift it to the kura who have been nominated.

Once you've completed this form you can expect:
- An email from Aunty to confirm your details (by the end of the day).
- Upon confirmation, we will then send you an invoice within 48hrs
- Once you have completed payment of your invoice the sponsorship will be confirmed
- You will receive an email from our team once your sponsorship is dispatched, we anticipating dispatching sponsored packs from Mid-August.
