Job Responsibilities
1. Teach students in a fun, engaging and interesting way by learning how students learn.
2. Plan and prepare/collect materials beforehand to help each student learn better. And plan how to assess students’ learning.
3. Share and collaborate with other teachers to help make the school's lessons better and improve oneself.
4. Ensure dos and don’ts inside and outside classroom for students. Watch over students inside the school.
5. Check, document and report about students’ school/homework, assessments and behavior to help monitor their improvement.
6. Identify and empathize with students’ need and work with other teachers/staff to help them do well in school and solve any problems they have.
7. Keep learning by going to workshops and training about teaching for self-improvement.
8. Observe national days in school and take part in events that celebrate important days for students.
9. Explain students’ improvement to their parents in school.
10. Support school in maintaining its environment and in preserving students’ works.
