2022 Basketball Manitoba Annual General Meeting Registration - Deadline Mon June 13, 12:00 pm
Please complete this form to register to attend the upcoming Basketball Manitoba Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.  Each person carrying a vote or who plans to attend the meeting as an observer is asked to complete the below form.  All people planning to attend the AGM are to register below by Monday, June 13 2022, at 12:00 pm.  Those who register will receive the connection specifications on the evening of Monday, June 13.

DESIGNATION OF VOTES:

1. Current Board Members = 1 vote each  

2. Member Leagues or Clubs
     - 6 to 10 registered teams = 1 vote
     - 11 to 25 registered teams = 2 votes
     - 26 to 75 registered teams = 3 votes
      - 76+ registered teams = 4 votes

3. Manitoba Association of Basketball Officials (MABO) = 1 vote

4. Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame (MBHOF) = 1 vote

5. Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association (MHSAA) = 2 votes

6. Brandon University Bobcats = 1 vote

7. University of Manitoba Bisons = 1 vote

8. University of Winnipeg Wesmen = 1 vote

9. Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference (MCAC) = 1 vote

10. Manitoba Wheelchair Sport Association (MWSA) = 1 vote

11. Manitoba Aboriginal Sport & Recreation Council (MASRC) = 1 vote
