Process:

1. Fill out the following form as completely and accurately as possible.
2. Payment by check or cash or credit card to the Financial office is due prior to issuance pf parking tag.
3. To request the option to pay online, please select that box below. Please allow 24 hours for fee to be added to the student account.

4. Pick up tag from the financial office once form is completed and fee is paid.

Price of tag is pro-rated at the beginning of each month, please contact office for current cost.

PARKING WILL BE ENFORCED AND TICKETS ISSUED FOR VEHICLES NOT PROPERLY TAGGED OR PARKED BEGINNING ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11.

Parking tickets may be issued for parking infractions and student will incur a fee/fine on their student account. Examples of parking infractions could be, but are not limited to, parking w/out a tag and/or parking a registered vehicle w/out a tag, parking in an unauthorized space, etc.

Parking tag must be displayed in a location clearly visible from the outside of the vehicle.

If student switches vehicles, parking tag should be moved to subsequent vehicle, listed on contract.

I understand that the parking lot is the property of Jefferson County Public Schools R-1. I agree that my vehicle will not be used to transport or store illegal items on school property. I agree that I will not use the school parking lot to violate a criminal code or school rule.

In exchange for the privilege of parking on school property, I give the school officials and/or school security personnel consent to search my vehicle and the vehicle's contents any time when it is parked on school or district property.

I authorize school officials and/or school security personnel to seize any item(s) that violates a criminal law or school rule or provides evidence of a criminal law or school rule violation.

I understand that violations of these rules and/or the school based rules listed in this document can lead to suspension, revocation of my parking privileges, fines, referral to law enforcement authorities and/or school disciplinary actions.

I understand that Jefferson Count Public Schools R-1 and Standley Lake High School assume no responsibility for any damage to vehicles parked on school property or to the loss of any articles contained therein.
