The Diversity Abroad Conference volunteer experience provides meaningful, practical work and professional development opportunities at the Diversity Abroad Conference. The annual Diversity Abroad Conference — along with the Global Student Leadership Summit, the MSI Global Education Summit, & the CDO/SIO Strategic Leadership Forum — constitutes the most comprehensive national forum on issues of access, diversity, equity, and inclusion in global education.
Diversity Abroad is now accepting applications for Volunteers to assist in a variety of tactical and logistical coordination of the many tasks associated with hosting our annual conference. Diversity Abroad will need a volunteer staff to work dedicated shifts of 2-4 hours over the conference days, March 3-5, 2019.
Upon successful completion of duties, Volunteers will receive a letter of recommendation from Diversity Abroad. Volunteers will also have limited access to conference sessions and events, networking opportunities with seasoned professionals in the field of international education. Please note: we are unable to honor specific schedule requests (outside of presenting for the conference).
Volunteers will need to be available to attend a virtual orientation session on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
