2025-2026 Trottier Course Exemption Requests

You do not need to exempt a class - this is only an option.
Exemptions can only be used for NON-REQUIRED courses and must be declared at the time of course selection (1 full year class OR 2 half-year classes)
Students will still receive a letter grade for the class and it will still appear on the report card
Exemptions help students who take primarily Honors level courses but want to take CP electives without worrying about how it impacts their GPA

Course Exemption: Students are allowed to exempt 1 full year or 2 semester courses each year from their GPA ( Required courses cannot be exempt). Course exemptions must be requested prior to starting the class and an exemption cannot be changed after beginning the course.
