2026 Ashland VBS Registration

Children age 4 through the summer after 5th grade are invited to join us for the best week of the year at Ashland VBS July 6th-10th! Each night from 6-8:30pm your children will learn about God's gospel mission to the nations while enjoying fun songs, hilarious skits, unique crafts, thrilling games, tasty snacks, and more! VBS is located at Ashland Avenue Baptist Church, 483 W. Reynolds Road Lexington, KY. ashlandlex.org

Please note: The Registration Team tries their best to accommodate requests. However, we cannot guarantee children of different grades/ages being placed in the same crew. We cannot accommodate requests to be in the opposite gender crew beginning in 2nd grade, since this is when crews begin to be divided into boys and girls.

By registering your child you agree that any photographs or video taken that include your child at or during this event are the property of Ashland Avenue Baptist Church and may be used in future publications as deemed appropriate.  

You acknowledge that for the safety and security of all children at VBS, only approved Ashland VBS workers may be with crews and rotations during the evening. Parents/guardians are invited to join for the opening and closing rallies and at our parent connect tent outside the front entrance.

You release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless Ashland Avenue Baptist Church and its leaders (both paid and volunteer staff)  from any and all liability, claims or demands for accidental personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred. You grant permission for participant to participate fully in VBS activities. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Ashland Avenue Baptist Church for any liability sustained by said Church as the result of the negligent, willful, or intentional acts of your participant.

In the event the participant suffers an illness or injury that requires medical attention, you give Ashland Avenue Baptist Church the authority to obtain whatever medical attention is deemed necessary, and release and hold harmless Ashland Avenue Baptist Church and its leaders (both paid and volunteer staff) of any liability related to obtaining that medical attention. I understand Ashland Avenue Baptist Church will make a reasonable attempt to contact me as soon as possible following the need for medical treatment for my child.
