Thank you for submitting a request for your school to receive a supply of period packs from Go With The Flow. Please read in entirety the information below. The donation options available are:

SPRING SEMESTER LIMITATIONS: Due to the approaching close of the 2022/2023 school year, we are currently only donating COMBINATION EMERGENCY period care packs and donations are capped at 60 per request.

Emergency Period Care Packs: 10 items; meant for students who start their period unexpectedly and /or do not have enough products to last the school day

Monthly Period Care Packs: 20 items; meant for students who are homeless and/or have an ongoing need for period products

Period Pantry: products meant ONLY for on site family resource centers, student closets and pantries, or social workers and community liaisons only

Loose Period Products: tampons, pads, and panty liners for product refills of emergency and monthly period care packs for nurses and health offices ONLY

After your request has been submitted, we will contact you to schedule delivery. Please be aware processing time averages two weeks, however, depending on when your request is placed during the school year, delivery can take up to three weeks. Request forms that are not completed correctly, will not be processed, nor will delivery of your request be completed if we do not receive a response to your confirmation email. Thank you!

Thank you for requesting period products on behalf of your school. Like you, Go With The Flow believes all students should have access to the period products they need to minimize missed classroom time and disruption to their education. In order to facilitate a successful partnership, we ask all of our requesting schools to agree to the donation guidelines below. All donation guidelines must be agreed to for your request to be processed. *

The maximum amount allowed per request is up to 100 emergency period care packs

The maximum amount allowed per request is up to 20 monthly period care packs

Each requester is allowed up to 3 requests of period care packs per semester for a total of 6 requests during the school year

Recipient schools may be requested to submit testimony and feedback at the end of the semester

When students are provided period care packs and need additional products in the future, it is strongly recommended for recipient schools to have students return empty bags for product refills or swap out their old bags for a replacement rather than provide the same student with a new bag for each separate request. Go With The Flow will collect any returned bags at drop off.

Recipient schools are asked to keep a record of how many period care packs and/or period products are provided to individual students to assist Go With The Flow in data collection. A tracking sheet will be provided with your request at drop off. Data tracking is important as it allows us to determine need and advocate for resources for schools. Schools that submit data tracking forms will be provided expedited delivery.
