Event Description - A workshop sourced from Black Futures fellow Gabriele Christian’s work with their RUPTURE collective and individual research, “Keep the Score” is a new endurance movement lab where we follow a collective “score” to the end of a brand new spontaneously constructed “game”, wherein the rules are initially provided by Gabriele and shaped over time by the whims of the room. We will work through our individual edges of comfort, ability, knowledge, temporality, proximity, with calm mind, expecting only to win.

This event is supported through Zaccho Dance Theatre's Black Futures Artist-in-Residence Fellowship Program with funding provided by the City of San Francisco’s Dream Keeper Initiative, Office of Economic & Workforce Development, and the San Francisco Arts Commission.
