2025 (2026) World Service Conference Motions and Topics Submission Form

Do you, your group, or committee have a motion to bring to the World Service Conference? Even if you don’t want to or aren’t ready to propose a motion, perhaps you would like to request that the Conference discuss an important topic. All submissions will be forwarded to the relevant Committee for review and may be returned for further clarification as appropriate. Please understand there is limited capacity and time for the Conference to address everything that may be submitted. If a motion or topic is not accepted for the Conference, reasoning will be provided. The deadline date for submitting motions or topics is October 15, 2025. (Please provide only one motion or topic for discussion per form, and begin with the email of the person filling in this form.)

A Motion is a clear statement of the specific action you are asking the Conference to take. For example, "Members must wear Halloween costumes or fancy dress at meetings," is specific and actionable. "I think we need to have a dress code for meetings" is vague.
