LCAP 2020 Parent Survey
The purpose of this form is to gather feedback from EUSD parents about our District's education plan, goals and priorities called the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). Please complete ONE survey for each child attending Eureka Union School District. Based on input from the Placer County Office of Education (who approves our LCAP) and stakeholder feedback, our LCAP process and structure will be revised to focus on goals that support the state designated student sub-groups (i.e. Economically Disadvantaged, English Learners, and Foster Youth). This survey seeks feedback for the 2019-2020 school year to guide the development of the 2020-2021 LCAP. This survey is ANONYMOUS.
