Thank you so much for helping to Keep DeKalb Beautiful! Please complete the following form so that we may better understand the type and amount of equipment needed to make your event successful.   Supplies are provided for use at no charge and are to be returned the following week after your clean up.  In addition to returning equipment, please submit your Clean Up Report to KDB which can be found at keepdekalbbeautiful.org. Successful return of our equipment and the reporting of your event allow KDB to manage costs of purchasing equipment, tells KDB staff where to collect bags from your cleanup and help us plan future cleanings in your area.  

Please fill out the KDB Supply Request form only within a week of your scheduled Community Clean Up and supplies are to be returned the following week after your scheduled clean up. Also, you are only allowed to  choose up to 20 of each item.

Orange Bags
Orange bags are specifically for garbage (materials not fit for recycling). How many do you expect you will need?
Gloves for clean up:
KDB provides gloves for community clean up volunteers.  How many pairs do you need for your event?
Pick up sticks:
Pick up sticks make volunteers more efficient and reduce the need to bend or stretch to retrieve material.  You should allow one for each volunteer that will be collecting materials.  How many do you need?
Number of Safety Vests:
Vests protect volunteers by ensuring nearby traffic is aware of your presence.  KDB requires use of safety vests at all times during a cleanup.  How many do you need?
