Therapeutic Yoga (Class Series: April 5th - May 10th)

Therapeutic yoga is particularly effective for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. It blends restorative yoga (supported postures), breathwork, hands-on-adjustments, and guided meditation techniques. It is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.

Class will be held for 6 Saturdays beginning April 5th from 10:15am to 11:30am. Due to the hands-on nature of the class, it is limited to 12 students. By enrolling, you are making a commitment to attend all sessions.
