Cedarburg Woman's Club Mini Grant Application

Cedarburg Woman's Club Mission Statement:  The club is organized for the purpose of enhancing the vitality and general welfare of the Cedarburg Community, while fostering civic, cultural and educational interests. 

The Cedarburg Woman's Club (CWC) is excited to offer grants up to $1000 to non-profit (501(c)3) organizations in Ozaukee County. Grants will be used to support projects or activities that fit our mission of fostering civic, cultural, and/or educational interests and benefit the community. Grants may not be used for religious or political purposes (a religious organization may use funds to serve a need in the community.)

Applications are due by October 15 and can be edited up until that date. 

A committee from CWC will select the recipients and applicants will be notified by November 15. Checks will be disbursed by December 1. Each recipient will assist CWC in publicizing the applicant's receipt of the award with a description of the program's details. A written report describing the use of the granted funds is required of each recipient organization no later than 90 days following the receipt of the award.
