Valor - Initial Referral Submissions                   The Valor Program at Embrave: Supporting individuals in the competency continuum and rebuilding lives across Colorado

The Valor Program at Embrave is in Colorado Springs, near Garden of the Gods State Park. Valor accepts individuals who are currently in the competency continuum or who have a history of being involved with the competency system. This includes individuals found incompetent to proceed in their legal process, who are awaiting competency restoration education, have been restored to competency and needing step down supports until their court proceedings are completed, and those who are at risk of returning to the competency system.

While specific information is required to assess placement in Valor, we know all requested fields may not be possible or known at this time. Completing as much as possible will assist in expediting the referral process and a decision on whether Valor is the right fit for an individuals unique situation. 

The intake review will follow up if missing information is critical to making a consideration for entry assessment.
