The Congregation Beth El Teen Ambassador Program is designed for 9th-12th grade students who would like to meet and create engaging bi-monthly teen events for the Beth El teen community.
Attend Meetings: By applying to be a Beth El Teen Ambassador, you are making a commitment to be at Beth El for the scheduled meetings prior to an upcoming teen-event - Wednesdays from 6:15-8pm (dinner included!).
Cooperate and Collaborate with a Team: Teen Ambassadors work closely with their peers and the Director of Learning & Engagement (6-12th Grade) to discuss, prepare, and implement meaningful events to build our teen community. Leadership and recruitment are important aspects of being a teen ambassador, which are skills that will be honed during the year.
Have Your Voice Heard: Ambassadors are a crucial part of creating programming for our teen community. As representatives for their peers, they will work together to make sure that ideas, feedback, and concerns within the teen community is being heard in the monthly meetings.
