Have You Done Any Hair Color (BOX COLORS) At Home??
Most of you have gone 3-6 months without color. This means there will be substantially more product needed to complete your desired look. An additional $20 per ounce of color/lightener will be added to your base price. Because you may need more than usual, please be aware this causes a rise in your final price.
I am not receiving color services during the scheduled appointment
Service times will be limited to 2.5 hours until I am able to see all of you and refresh your current look. Because there is only 1 of me and many of you, I must be fair with my time. We will maximize our time together to get you the most out of your desired look, then you'll be on a regular touch up schedule again so we can tackle more and more! If you need an extensive appointment (color changes, corrections, vivid colors, and blonde makeovers) please request extended time.

All color services and keratin treatments require a non-refundable deposit, to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment time. The fee is UP TO $100 depending on how extensive the service is and the time that is blocked out specifically for you. Please note, the deposit does go toward your scheduled services.

By booking & entering the beauty bar you are acknowledging all policies below:
•Clients who book VIB Days/Times understand that the prices for normal services will be higher as follows:(Normal price service x 2)
•Clients must wait in their car until their appointment time. I have to have the extra time to deep clean between each guest. Please note that THE WAITING AREA CANNOT BE USED at this time. If the front door is locked (Saturday and Sunday) please call the salon at 901-316-5904 and I will buzz you in.
•Only one client at a time (unless small children are getting a service). I love the one on one time with each of you!!!
•Any clients who comes in and show any signs of sickness will be asked to reschedule, and will be charged a late cancellation fee.
•Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours will result in a late cancellation fee (50% of the services booked). This includes cancelling services during your scheduled appointment that I reserve time for.
•Clients who No-Show will also be charged 100% of the missed service(s). To be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
•If someone in your household has been sick within 2 weeks of your appointment, I may request you to reschedule your appointment.
•Clients who leave their purse/handbags in car please make sure your car is locked! I, Chris M will not be liable for any stolen property.
•Clients who are serviced do understand that there is a risk and that I, Chris M am not responsible if a client gets sick after visiting as I am taking all health and safety precautions that are mandated by the Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology and asking all of my guest to do their part as well.
