We are looking for the following types of vendors. We will add vendors in similar categories at our discretion.
- Arts - Crafts - Jewellery - Pottery - Artisan Foods - Clothing & Accessories

This is an OUTDOOR EVENT. You are responsible for bringing and setting up your 10x10 space and canopy/tent. We highly recommend that you add lighting once it gets darker. There will be no electricity available on sight so keep that in mind.

PLEASE NOTE REQUIREMENTS:
You will be expected to provide your business license and proof of insurance. If you are selling a food product you must also complete the Halton Health Form. Thank you!

Please briefly describe your booth set up. Please list ALL categories/types of items you wish to sell and/or sample. We will be curating market vendors to ensure variety and minimal overlap.

I understand that if I am approved payment is due within 48 hours of approval or I will be forfeit my spot.

Subletting space is prohibited. The approved vendor may not assign or sublet any part of their space unless approved by the event organizer.

I agree to follow the load-in and load-out rules given to me by the event organizers and Security. If I do not adhere to the guidelines and rules when loading in or out of the park, I understand that I will be asked to leave and will not be invited to attend Kerr Village events in the future.

I understand that this is an outdoor event and that there is no access to power or wifi service. I understand that it may get dark and I must adequately light my booth. I also understand that 10x10 canopy/tent with minimum 40lb per corner is required. I understand that if I do not adhere to the guidelines of Town of Oakville, Kerr Village BIA and Halton Health, I may be asked to leave.
