We, at Long Covid Educators for Justice, are keen to seek legal redress for all UK education workers injured as a consequence of not having adequate workplace protections. In order to be able to progress matters legally on behalf of the group, we need to collate basic information on all UK education workers interested to pursue group ligation.

How will my data be used:

This data is being collated by Long Covid Educators for Justice and will be used to secure legal representation on behalf of the group.

Data collected in this survey will be kept secure and shared only on a strictly need-to-know basis. By completing and submitting this form you agree to Long Covid Educators for Justice sharing the information you provide with legal teams for the purposes of finding legal representation for the group. Our initial screening process will only involve providing anonymous data (e.g. number of education workers affected in each nation) in order to establish a firm's interest. Your personal details will only be shared with a firm who agree to take our case and who we feel are best placed to represent the group. If a firm is found, they will write to you directly to establish a formal solicitor-client relationship. It is then up to you whether or not you wish to retain the services of the firm.
