We look forward to your child's school visit at Misery Mountain.  In this package you will provide the participant information we need, you will receive instruction on how to fill out the liability forms that were sent to you and you will also see the price points.  We are very pleased to be providing lessons to students of all abilities this season and but most importantly we look forward to having fun while tweaking their skills.

 Before you start please know that to answer some of these questions you will most likely need your child in front of you, a weigh scale, a tape measure and the paperwork you received from the school.  Each child participating will require a new form to be filled out.  If you make a mistake and cannot change it please contact your school and let them know that a change is needed.  Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian fill out these forms. All Supervisors that will be riding and renting equipment will fill this form out as well.
