2025 Health Skin Awards Submission Form
Hi! We are excited to receive submissions for the 2025 Health Skin Awards!
To have your product considered, please fill out the form below. Things to know:
  • Please fill out this form by August 31, 2025.
  • The product you submit should be your latest version—ideally released within the last year—and be available for purchase at the time the awards go live (November 2025). Note that is a product is not released yet, but will be available for purchase in November, you can submit it.
  • Fill out one survey per product submission. 
  • Please review last year's awards to get an idea of the categories and types of products we award.
  • You will be contacted by September if we are interested in testing your product. Multiple samples may be requested.
  • Winners to be selected in October.
  • The awards will launch in November. Date TBD.
  • NOTE:  There is no cost to enter or be featured in our award list, but winners will be given the option to purchase the seal.
