Hi I'm Ben Thompson. I have been swimming competitively for over seven years making it to highly selective championships in Southern California and State -wide. I have been coaching for three years for learn-to-swim students and those at the competitive level. I am Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid certified and I love everything in the water.
