CU'17 Vendor Application
Create Upstate is a 3-day conference held in Ithaca, NY. Friday’s program consists of presentations inside the State Theater. There are two hour-long breaks and a 1.5-hour lunch where 200+ attendees will pour into our Street Fair, shopping at vendor tables and participating in maker stations.

Our Street Fair will also be open to the public all day. We’ll operate on the assumption that the Street Fair will be held outside. If we determine inclement weather to be a significant factor, we’ll contact vendors no later than 5/1 with alternate plans.

Create Upstate reserves the right to accept or deny this application.

Time + Location
Friday, May 5 - State Street in front of State Theater
Set Up by 8am
Tear down by 6pm
All booths are 10' x 10'
You are responsible for your own table, chair, tent and other means of hanging/displaying your product(s)
Cost: $150.00

Assistants can purchase an event pass at 50% off.
