Pursuant to the powers under the Public Health (Clinical Laboratories) Regulations 2002, section 7, all laboratories providing COVID-19 related testing must have written approval from the Bermuda Health Council. Laboratories applying for COVID-19 testing approval must be registered with the Bermuda Health Council's Provider Advantage Programme. Unregistered laboratories will not be considered for approval.
