All orders will be finalized once booking is confirmed and a 50% security deposit is made of your total set up. Once you place your order, we reserve the pickup/delivery time slot for you and purchase supplies to complete your order. Final payment must be made 5 days prior to the date of your event. If you cancel your order 14 days or more prior to the pickup/delivery date, you will receive store credit equal to the amount paid, and no refund will be given. However, if you cancel your order less than 14 days prior to the pickup/delivery date, no refund will be provided. If you do not pay by the due date, we will not render services for the specified event. *
