IBAT Survey
The Integrated Biodiversity Assessment Tool (IBAT) Alliance was formed in 2005 with four global conservation organizations: BirdLife International, Conservation International, International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and United Nations Environment Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC).

Since then, the Alliance has been providing key decision makers from the private sector, financial institutions, governments and academia with access to scientifically robust, credible information on biodiversity and ecosystems to facilitate better outcomes for biodiversity. This information is accessed through the Integrated Biodiversity Assessment Tool, a spatial mapping tool that brings together three definitive biodiversity data sets: the World Database on Protected Areas, the World Database on Key Biodiversity Areas and the IUCN Red List.See ibat-alliance.org for more information.

The following short questionnaire has been designed to capture the needs, expectations and wishes of past, current and potential users of IBAT as a vital feed into a review and update of the IBAT business model. This survey consists of questions, related to the general use of biodiversity information within your organization, to the specific use of IBAT tool and to the potential enhancement of IBAT to better meet user needs. We estimate that you will need 20 minutes to complete this survey.
