Volunteers for Celebrating Foreign Language Education: A Monterey Bay Symposium
When: Saturday, March 30, 2013.
What: Stating your availability to be an event volunteer on March 30 or in an organizing role.
Volunteers receive a complimentary admission to the event, which includes the key note address by Professor Peter DeCosta, presentations, lunch and hors d'oeuvres.

7:30-8:00am : Setup (coffee, put up signs, etc.)
8:00-9:00am : Registration
8:30-9:00am : Keynote Setup
9:00-9:50am: Keynote Presentation (be present to help when needed)
9:30-10:00am : Room Setup (setup according to presenters needs - 5 rooms)
10:00-10:50am : Session 1 (there will be 5 presentations happening at the same time)
11:00-11:50am : Session 2 (there will be 5 presentations happening at the same time)
11:30-12:00pm : Lunch Setup
12:00-1:00pm : Serve Lunch
12:30-1:00pm : Lunch Cleanup
12:30-1:00pm : Room setup (setup according to presenters needs - 5 rooms)
1:00-1:50pm : Session 3 (there will be 5 presentations happening at the same time)
2:00-2:50pm : Session 4 (there will be 5 presentations happening at the same time)
3:00-3:50pm : Session 5 (there will be 5 presentations happening at the same time)
3:30-4:00pm : Poster Session Setup (setup hors d'oeuvres)
4:00-4:30pm : Clean up Presentation Rooms
4:00-4:50pm : Poster Session (help poster presenters with their needs)
5:00-5:30pm : Event clean up
