Career Assessment is a formal, individualized assessment designed to determine a student's unique interests, aptitudes, skills, and work behaviors. The assessment "matches" the student's interests and abilities to career areas.

Students complete hands-on work samples, interest and values surveys, aptitude tests, and career exploration activities.

The assessment can last from a few hours to a full school day and takes place at Millstream Career Center.

After the assessment, a report is completed interpreting the assessment results and a conference to go over the results is held with the student and parent or other interested parties.


This form needs to be completed to schedule the assessment.
