Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays   10am - 7pm
Fridays   9am - 5pm

**Please also note that reservations can only be made 15 minutes after opening and 15 min before closing time to give our staff sufficient time to open and close the space.**


Reservations should be placed at least 1 week (7 days) in advance. Be sure to include set-up and break-down time in your reservation request. Expect 3-5 business days for processing and a reply.


Please do not submit last minute room reservations for events. If you would like to inquire about a same day reservation for a meeting with no special accommodations, please contact the GSCC professional staff. There is no guarantee space will be available. Preference will be given to requests coming from LGBTQ+ focused student organizations and entities affiliated with the GSCC, along with offices and units within UW Madison Student Affairs.
