Student Representation on Interview Panel
FCPS involves a variety of stakeholders in the panel process for selecting a new principal. For secondary school principal vacancies, this includes a high school student representative. An equal contributor to the panel, the student will participate in candidate interviews and provide written feedback, as well as recommendations, for the region office to consider.

Participation in this process requires a full-day (8:00 am - 4:00pm) commitment on the day of the panel
