The Bay Area university trip will take place during ELAC's Spring Break, April 3rd - April 6th, 2017 (Tuesday - Friday). The trip will include transportation, hotel accommodations, guided tours, and orientation by university representatives. Participants should expect to walk at least 5-10 miles per day.
NOTE: Students selected to participate in the trip will be asked for a $40 refundable deposit. (Deposit will be collected during the first mandatory trip orientation - CASH ONLY.)
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Must be in good academic standing with East Los Angeles College (Not on Academic or Progress Probation) Must have completed at least 12 units of course at ELAC Must be a currently enrolled ELAC student for the Spring 2017 semester Must have a minimum 2.75 cumulative transfer GPA Must be English 101 eligible for Spring 2017 Must have completed at least 12 transferable units If selected, must attend the Mandatory Trip Orientations (Dates: March 4th and March 11th; Location: D7) Application must be submitted by January 20th @ 11:59pm
