eBill Authorization Agreement

Effective immediately, I hereby authorize the Borough of Rockaway – Water/Sewer Utility to email my quarterly water/sewer bill via “eBill notification.” I understand that:

By signing up for eBilling I will not receive a paper bill. 

This program will generate an email when my current bill is available for viewing via the link provided in the email.

It is my responsibility to update my email and mailing address with the Borough whenever a change is made. Negligence, on my part, will in no way relieve me of the responsibility of paying the bill by the due date. Any late payments will result in penalty and interest charges.

A valid phone number AND email address must be provided.

This authorization will be kept on file and remain in effect until written notice is received.

This agreement is strictly for the authorization of signing up for water and sewer eBilling.

It is recommended to add the following email address to your contacts to avoid the eBill going to your spam folder.

Please note this may not take affect until 1 to 2 billing cycles.
